Shipping

We ship worldwide. Every order is dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and sent with tracking, so you can follow it from the warehouse to your door.

• Free shipping on orders over $79.
• Delivery time: typically 9 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs.
• Tracking: a tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Returns and the 60-day promise

Every product is covered by a 60-day money-back promise. If your water days are not calmer with our gear, contact us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and we will arrange a return and a full refund of the purchase price.

Items should be clean and dry when returned. Exchanges for a different size or colour are always free of charge.

Damaged or missing orders

If anything arrives damaged, or your tracking has not moved in more than 10 business days, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.
