Sizing questions are the ones we get most, and the ones worth asking. Tell us your dog's breed and chest measurement and we'll tell you which size to order.

The three we get asked most
Will it fit my dog?
Measure the chest at the widest point just behind the front legs and match it to the chart on the product page. That number matters more than weight or breed. Between two sizes, size up.
If it arrives and it's wrong, we swap it free, both directions.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually runs 5–10 business days after that. So plan on around two weeks for the first one.
How do returns work?
Ninety days from delivery. Message us and we'll sort it out. Size exchanges are free in both directions, because a jacket that doesn't fit isn't doing its job.
