How to use it
1. Charge over USB-C until all five bars are lit.
2. Push the head you need onto the spindle — brushes go straight on, pads mount on the backing plate first. No tools needed.
3. Wet the surface, hold the head flat against it and press the power button. Press again to change speed.
Let the rotation do the work rather than leaning in. Pressing harder slows the head down and wears the bristles unevenly.

Around 80% of orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Tracked delivery within Australia then takes 5 to 10 business days, so most orders arrive within roughly 6 to 13 business days of ordering. You will get a tracking number by email once it leaves the warehouse.

Returns and warranty
You have 90 days from delivery to request a return. Email us with your order number and we will send instructions and the return address. Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or was not what you ordered.
The 90-day warranty covers the motor and battery against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear of the brushes and pads, water damage from submerging the unit, or damage from misuse.

Care and cleaning
Rinse each head under running water after use and let it air-dry before storing — particularly the scourer and steel wool pads, which will hold moisture otherwise.
Wipe the motor unit down rather than rinsing it. It is water resistant and built for wet cleaning, but it is not designed to be submerged or left soaking.

How does the electric cleaning brush work?
A 25 W motor spins the brush head at 400 rpm. You wet the surface, hold the head flat against it and press the button — the rotation does the scrubbing, so you are guiding rather than pressing. Leaning on it actually slows the head down.
How long is the handle?
The telescopic stainless handle extends the tool to 120 cm — about 47 inches — in total length. It screws on and off by hand, so you can leave it off for benchtops, sinks and cookware.
How long does the battery last?
60 to 90 minutes on a full charge, depending on which head you are using and how hard the surface is. A five-bar indicator on the handle shows the level before you start.
How long does it take to charge?
About three hours to full over USB-C, using the cable included in the box or any USB-C charger you already own.
Is it waterproof?
No — it is water resistant, not waterproof. It is built for wet cleaning, so a wet shower, a full sink or a running tap are all fine. It is not designed to be fully submerged or left soaking, and water damage from submerging it is not covered by the warranty.
Will it scratch glass, acrylic or coated surfaces?
The foam, microfibre and felt pads are made for finished surfaces like shower glass, chrome and paintwork. The steel wool pad is abrasive by design — keep it on hard-wearing surfaces only, and test any new surface in a hidden spot first.
How do I clean the attachments?
