What's included
Handheld motor unit (0.9 kg), telescopic stainless extension handle, USB-C charging cable, and nine interchangeable heads — four bristle brushes (flat, tapered, compact and dome) and five pads (scourer, steel wool, microfibre, foam polishing and felt finishing).
The five pads mount on the included backing plate, which pushes onto the spindle the same way the brushes do.
How to use it
Charge over USB-C until all five bars are lit. Push the head you need onto the spindle by hand — brushes go straight on, pads mount on the backing plate first. Screw on the telescopic handle if you need the reach. Wet the surface, hold the head flat against it and press the power button once for high speed, or twice for low speed on delicate surfaces.
Let the rotation do the work rather than leaning in — pressing harder slows the head down and wears the bristles unevenly. Rinse heads after use and let them dry before storing.

Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery, in the original packaging with all nine heads, the backing plate, the handle and the cable included. Email us first and we'll send return instructions. You cover return postage unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, or was not what you ordered.
Care and replacement heads
Rinse heads under running water after each use and air-dry them before storing, particularly the scourer and steel wool pads. Don't run the unit dry against an abrasive surface for long periods.

Each head pushes on and pulls off by hand. Work down the list as the surface gets more delicate: bristles for grout and tile, pads for glass, chrome and paintwork.

Before you buy.
How long does it run on one charge?
60 to 90 minutes, depending on which head you use and how hard you press. A full recharge over USB-C takes about three hours.
Can I use it in the shower with water running?
It is designed for wet cleaning. We have not been given a formal IP water-resistance rating, so we won't quote one — don't submerge the handle or run water into the charging port.
Will it scratch glass or coated surfaces?
Use the low-speed setting with the microfibre, foam or felt pads on finished surfaces. The scourer and steel wool pads are abrasive by design — test anything new in a hidden spot first.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You have 90 days from delivery to request a return. Email us with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions and address.
